CarNow is a suite of retail management solutions that help automotive dealerships manage leads, maintain a vehicle inventory, and streamline communication with customers. Sales executives can monitor prospects’ buying preferences and send brochures, product and service videos, vehicle comparisons, and dealer information to clients.
Customers can access the product database, resolve queries through video calls, and determine their loan eligibility based on credit scores. CarNow facilitates integration with TradePending and Kelley Blue Book (KBB), enabling managers to automatically perform vehicle valuations according to live market data, dealership investment estimates, and traditional book values. With the ConvertNow module, businesses can utilize artificial intelligence (AI) technology and natural language processing (NPL) functionality to collect customers’ information, schedule test drives, and display monthly payments.
CarNow allows auto dealerships to facilitate integration with Facebook Messenger, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and LotLinx. The software also helps customers filter the inventory based on year, make, model, mileage, body style, transmission, number of seats, and the fuel economy of vehicles.
