Parsley is a cloud-based restaurant management solution which helps small to midsize businesses manage recipes, costs, billing and invoicing, kitchens, nutritional analysis, and more. Parsley allows users to search, edit or compare recipes from a single, centralized repository. The platform can convert multiple metrics automatically, including units of measurement, volume, and weights for recipe measurements.
Parsley provides users with recipe information, including nutritional details, standard USDA labels, full ingredient lists, allergens, and dietary characteristics. Key features include par level calculations, automated prep lists, production planning for multiple events, events purchasing, POS import and receiving, and more. Inventory tracking functionality creates and updates inventory sheets automatically with a partial or full status, and allows users to see values by location.
Parsley allows businesses to manage multiple locations with separate accounts, and to share recipes, as well as supplier information. The platform prepares and places orders automatically based on custom parameters, such as par levels, special events, and inventory status.
