What is RunLoyal?
RunLoyal is a cloud-based, mobile-first platform purpose-built for boarding, daycare, grooming, and training businesses — including dog parks and dog bars. The system runs on web (SaaS), desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux, Chromebook), and native iOS and Android apps, so your team and your customers can access it from virtually any device.
At the core is a fully branded mobile app and web booking page — provisioned with your logo, colors, and business name — through which pet parents book appointments, upload vaccination records, digitally sign agreements, pay deposits, and message your staff directly. On the operations side, the mobile Staff App gives your team check-in/check-out, live calendars, and reservation management from anywhere in the facility, alongside kiosk mode for front-desk self-service during peak hours.
RunLoyal integrates embedded payment processing (Fiserv/CardPointe) directly into the platform for card-on-file, deposits, and surcharging, so transactions run through a PCI-compliant processor rather than a bolted-on third party. The platform also includes native social media integration, automated email/app notification workflows, and built-in reputation management that triggers review requests after service completion.
On the back end, RunLoyal includes unlimited staff logins with role-based access, time clock functionality with automatic commission and tip-split payroll calculations, package and membership sales, and detailed financial and operational reporting. Data is cloud-hosted, and RunLoyal provides free migration tooling when switching from legacy systems (Gingr, PetExec, Kennel Connection, and others), so historical customer and pet records carry over rather than starting from zero.
