I like squire- switching from another system, it is a bit more complex and is taking time to adjust to. I like a lot of the features they offer and would like to stay with this system- however if they don’t work out some of the kinks I mentioned- that may be a deal breaker

Pros

Squire has some features I haven’t found with other software and that makes them stand out. I think if they fix a few kinks, this could be a really great system. I love the squire supply- that’s an excellent add in, and I love that it’s one price regardless of staff- as I grow I don’t have to worry about price increases.

Cons

There are some areas that need improvement and with these changes I think squire could be the best out there. The product inventory system needs help; those of us that carry a lot of products NEED a search bar, it can take far too long to ring up a single product. Also, the ability to have a custom product button so the price is easily changed for the products we sell that we only have one or two of and don’t want to add to inventory. The app needs some help- I don’t like that I can’t see all the barbers schedules unless I’m on the desktop site. Waiting list- I don’t like that clients are charged for this. This should not be something clients have to pay for and I mean come on squire- for the monthly cost, stop nickle and diming at every opportunity
