TimeSchedule is a web-based appointment booking and scheduling platform designed to automate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for businesses in the health and wellness, education, fitness and recreation, salon and beauty, professional services, government, and medicine sectors.
TimeSchedule allows users to control the length of their working days and weeks, required breaks between bookings, and staff availability. Appointments can be offered to clients online, with support for classes and group appointments, and online payments can be collected. Two-way communications allow clients to confirm, reschedule, and cancel their appointments, reducing no-shows by reminding clients of their upcoming appointments.
TimeSchedule’s dashboard gives users insight into all appointment activity, incoming messages, incorrect contact data, cancellation trends, and more. Staff performance including hours booked, client retention rate, product sales, and revenue earned can be tracked, and users can also view reports on business performance.
