Pros

I love the way you can customize your subscription to meet whatever needs you have in your space. The site and app are easy to navigate and I love all of the reports that are available to me.
This has been the first program that I used to start my business with, and it is super user friendly for any beginner business owner and current to keep track on your progress.
Clients love how easy it is to book appointments online. Love how you can customize confirmation notifications for clients.

Pros

If you're in the biz then give it a go. Affordable pricing for such an amazing opportunity.
Rosy salon software is very user friendly and they offer wonderful customer service. It works perfectly for my full service salon and spa and I can't imagine the workplace without it.
By far Rosy proved to be the most user friendly and efficient, set up was a breeze. Natasha & Karla are great, they are always ready to help and assist me with solutions.

Cons

I had some trouble refreshing the page and getting linked to another site. There was a lot of advertisement for other companies, so I also got distracted at times.
Needs Apple Pay support desperately, especially in this era of COVID-19, this is a glaring omission.
Switched to Vagaro from Booker and I hate it but I’m trapped.

Cons

Limitations of 15-minute time increments is a costly deficiency for the business.
My only complaint would be that the reporting is somewhat lacking.
Customer support was close to nonexistant, and every problem you had was essentially "your fault, not the software" and more often than not resulted in a work around to do a basic task.

I am a first time salon owner and Vagaro has been a breeze to use. I came from a salon using Rosy and there was always something going wrong or glitching. So far my experience with Vagaro has been smooth sails, and even my clients love using it!

I have used Vagaro for 6 years this month and have loved every aspect of it. Earlier this year I did extensive research on all available softwares out there because of a few minor features I wish Vagaro had, but through my research I found out that Vagaro truly is the best, most well rounded service out there. The price is incredible for what it offers, the customer service is always swift, helpful and thorough, and the few features that are missing do not weigh out the pros in the slightest bit. You wont regret using Vagaro, I promise!

Cons

I wish the waiting list had more options, like a broader booking option instead of a waiting list appointment for a very specific time. I have clients that are open to a week or 2 with wide open times and I find myself having to book multiple waiting list apts to cater to that need. I believe Rosy software does this and the way it works is ideal.

I love how clients can book online at any hour of the day.

Pros

This software has been an absolute godsend to my business. I no longer have to book people in, call them for appointment reminders, send mass amounts of emails THIS PROGRAM does it all for you. I Ive tired other programs like Salon iris, rosy salon, mind and body BUT Vagaro was the most affordable, user friendly and I recommend it to all my business owner friends (lash, nail, gym, massage therapist, acupuncture and salon owners)

Best Salon Software I've Used

I made the switch from Rosy a few months ago and I love Vagaro so much more. It's easy to use and has great customizable features. I enjoy the option of online booking but don"t have many clients who choose to use it. It is lower cost than most salon software I've seen and seems to still offer better features. Glad I switched!

Had a few issues getting an online booking to work, but resolved them. No major cons.
