The management console functions as the central hub for operational control. It features telephone recognition that identifies callers by phone number and displays their order history to support personalized service and upselling. A kitchen and oven planner calculates maximum order capacity for each time slot and synchronizes availability across all applications. Delivery management tools enable operators to assign costs by zone, monitor real-time driver locations and return times, and generate end-of-day reports detailing cash collections and expenses per driver. Cloud-based analytics provide insights into new customer acquisition, on-time delivery rates, and average delivery times per driver. Integrated email and WhatsApp marketing automation supports campaigns for inactive customers, welcome offers, birthday discounts, and loyalty rewards.

The customer app, available on Apple and Android devices, lets users browse menus, place orders, and track progress in real time through status updates and push notifications. The payment system supports multiple methods for advance credit card processing, reducing cash handling and speeding up deliveries. A virtual loyalty card system enables point accumulation with each order and immediate reward redemption at checkout. GPS-based tracking allows customers to monitor driver location continuously. Post-delivery, the system sends experience questionnaires to customers and forwards responses to management for prompt service recovery. Integrated navigation guides drivers to precise delivery locations even without street names or house numbers. At delivery completion, drivers perform a final checklist before marking orders as delivered, which prompts the customer questionnaire and updates driver availability in the management console. Velocissimo supports multi-location deployments with a centralized database for coordinated order management and workload optimization. Custom configuration aligns the ecosystem to each establishment’s requirements, and technical support is available seven days per week, including evenings and holidays.
