They genuinely care about our business and how they can improve their product to not just make us, as a client satisfied, but to ultimately make our guests happy.
Our initial discussions didn't really make sense as they were known as a waitlist service and we were a Fast Casual restaurant, there seemed to be no overlap.
We really love how simple and easy it is- we got it connected to our point of sale and the data that it pulls into the software helps us track every table- it’s pretty awesome.
Screen real estate can be a struggle but that's the tradeoff for using on smaller iPads. We have asked for a full screen view.
I am super happy with it- they’ve been great about answering super quick, and getting us set up and running.
Very easy to use, texting is easy and a fast way to communicate with our guests, love the data that it gathers and the reporting. Customer service is timely and effective when needed.
They are so attentive and knowledgeable and makes themselves available when needed. Wisely has improved our marketing department and our ability to reach and retain customers.
The program is super easy to use as a guest. I like that I don't actually need to do anything, it picks up the wifi and through our credit card and the points work automatically on our account.

There are a great deal of reports and functions in this database that help your teams from restaurant level to C-level make better business decisions.
The inability to edit commissary orders after they have been reconciled, even though you can do that with vendor orders can be difficult if your business uses commissaries to supply their locations.
We love using this product to do our truck orders and input inventory great layout and easy to use.
Unfortunately, there is no wiggle room or grey area to account for things like spills, or, for example, extra inventory that may be used that wasn't rung in or charged for an upcharge.

Willing to adapt to business needs. Will take good ideas or suggestions from clients and upgrade system adding benefit to all customers.

But it really is in the macro. Just insignificant things.
Dispatcher portal is very fast and automation is good, the new version of the courier app received a very good feedback from our guys.
I don't like that there are no notifications when an order enters the dispatcher but I was assured that this problem will be solved. I don't like that there is no mobile application for dispatching.
The team have been super helpful for us to mange the whole process of changing from existing system to their platform.
Simplified our logistics and payroll, cutting down the costs.
Very cost effective compared to other software 2. Very responsive team.
The overall experience was also great, I worked on the menus with restaurants and we managed to get more than 100 businesses onboard very quick.

Pretty easy to operate, support is really quick. DelivApp is also doing changes only for our needs.

This POS is great for our restaurants. It provides good reporting for revenue centers and also a good labor tracking report.
Service and reliability have been awful, with frequent crashes, the need to pay for every single issue from day one, and an inflexible setup that is killing our restaurant.
Outstanding new version, easy to upgrade and it's what our chain accounts want and need.
It is so bad that we will dump the system well before the three year lease is up. This POS isn't Point of Sale, it's a Piece of.
The simplicity of implementation is what sold us. Yes, it's easy to use for the line staff, but the initial setup was so great.
Screen navigation disign is poor. Inventory management screen designs are poor.
It's a user friendly and training waitstaff is very easy. Big bold buttons and colors on the screen.
A bit difficult to do preliminary training, easy to "get lost" in it if you're not used to it.
Great user interface easy to use. Easy to install, great customer service.
I really dont know what to say about negative from this software.

If you swipe a card to start a tab, that information is useless to close the tab with, and the system can't access it.
