Best POS for hospitality that I’ve used to date.

The Boss IT teams are super helpful and the system is the dashboard of our full business. Sales, inventory and reporting all managed simply in one place. The KDS and Kitchen printers work seamlessly making our kitchen as efficient as possible.

Pros

The ease of configuration during set up and simple operation for our staff is fantastic. The support staff are always responsive and available for additional support when required.

Cons

Some additional reports would be useful.

Pros

Seamless integrations with third party providers. Customised integrations with card payment platforms which were requested by us. Live data and useful reports easily accessed online. Sleek layout and very user-friendly which aided immensely in staff training during the changeover.

Cons

Customer data could not be transferred from our previous system to the BossIt system. This was made clear to us from the beginning so we had time to prepare and inform staff.
