Pros
Allows teams to document and review complex sales cycles and ensure that the "art of selling" is tempted with rigor and review to provide an optimal outcome - Its not about dumbing down passion and momentum, its about creating an environment that guides and ensures sales people are "seeing around corners" and joining "gut feel" with process, structure and control.
Super easy to deploy, train and use.
Cons
No obvious disadvantages that we have found.

Pros
I use the product extensively for my reviews of the account management team. It allows me to see the engagement and plans for revenue growth
Cons
I would like integration in to SFDC, though I understand that this is coming. It would be great to see the road map for the product over the coming year.
Thank you for taking the time to review the platform Jonathan and we are delighted that its helping you manage your sales opportunities more effectively. In terms of integration with Salesforce watch this space as we're already planning it.

Help in asking better questions and the right questions. Better qualification of opportunities and close-date forecasting.
Pros
CRM systems today are tools for opportunity status tracking and forecasting but they don't help the sales representatives through the intricacies and "art" of the sales process.
Boxxstep is the first solution on the market that looks at each opportunity through the lens of a sales methodology and provides the sales representative with the all questions s/he needs to ask and all the information that needs to be collected to maximize his/her visibility on all the key business drivers and decision-criteria that an organization considers before awarding a deal. With this information, the rep is better placed to create a truly customer-focused value propositions with better opportunity qualification and close-date forecasting as well as reducing the likelihood of their opportunities "going-dark" or being blind-sided by a competitor. This is in addition to detailed organization, internal relationships, roles & politics mapping. Add in "Next Step" and "Task Management" and you have an end-to-end sales process tool which allows the sales rep to manage multiple opportunities in parallel but to never forget the status or next steps required of each.
Cons
At the moment the only limitation I can see is having to duplicate the creation of opportunities, accounts and contacts in both BoxxStep and your CRM system which can be a little frustrating when you have to do it twice.
Thank you for your review Andy. Hopefully you will have used the Import functionality when you set up the account, this saves a lot of time when getting started. We've minimised the amount of data that is duplicated from a CRM solution to make administration easier but appreciate that any duplication is a little extra work, but it looks like you've seen the benefits. We will be integrating with some of the major CRMs over the coming months but with over 200 on the market it will be impossible to address all of them.
