Pros

They also have a very friendly and competent customer service. In total, Leadfeeder are the best business partners my company has had as they have added exceptional value to my business.
Leadfeeder is a super interesting option for tracking actual leads that visit your website. They try to provide as much contact information as well as visit details which is helpful for actioning.
I like being able to see who has been visiting our website so we can prospect smarter. The look and feel of the app is easy to understand as well.

Pros

Great lead capture tool and very pro-active support from the team. We've generated many good customers, based off the insights Lead Forensics has provided about their websites visits.
Easy to use tool that helps in finding out which of the prospects are visiting the website that helps in prioritizing the leads of a business.
Fantastic customer support and comprehensive options in the software for sensible lead tracking.

Cons

I believe you can push hard now with all the hassle about the EU privacy panic.
Sometimes the information on the company is missing or does not concur with what I find on LinkedIn such as the number of employees.
Getting qualified sales leads has always been a challenge and a loss of time: you keep contacting people without having the idea whether or not they're interested in your service.

Cons

I am sorry if I need a second job to learn how to use your sales tool- IT IS INEFFECTIVE! needless to say, this is a scam and not a tool you should ever waste your money on.
This Company does not have a review section, so I will post here. This is a SCAM, do not do it.
And it is expensive, and after a while useless tool as we never felt we got value from it after a while.

Great platform, although the decision to invest should be carefully evaluated in consideration of your specific needs and budget.

Pros

We can now proactively reach out to potential leads that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. The lead scoring system has been particularly helpful in prioritizing and qualifying leads efficiently.

Cons

While Lead Forensics has been a powerful tool, it's important to note that the success of the tool greatly depends on how well your team can leverage the data it provides. Additionally, pricing may be a consideration for smaller businesses as its pretty pricey

Competitive data, lead and opportunity insights.

Pros

- Great for sales prospecting - Provides fairly accurate information - Shows when and where opportunities visit your site - Great for customer success as you can be proactive when existing clients visit your website - Ability to push to Salesforce - Very responsive customer support

Cons

- Some data is not accurate - Does not include Google keywords - Not having the ability to exclude certain pages from your lead total. We have a huge amount of visitors to our site that are not leads. Unfortunately, we have to individually hide them so that they don't count towards our monthly total. It is a very frustrating process.

The company that visited my website.

Pros

Good lead tools provide the company name and the lead time spend on the website, and it will reflect the interest level of the company.

Cons

The tool is very good, but you cannot see the actual person who browsed our website. If you try to contact a large company you end up talking to the gatekeeper who cannot connect you to anyone if you do not know the name of the person.

Was able to easily and quickly set up a leadfeeder to salesforce sync. The salesforce activity reports availble are really solid.

Cons

we do not use the lead object as a company but were able to create contacts instead as a default action.

It is a good experience, but the solution has limitations and should not be seen as the only source of lead generation.

Pros

I like the possibility to track activities and time spent on the website by potential companies (not contacts).

Cons

I think sometimes it shows inaccurate data. When I visit our corporate website from a co-work space I am shown in the Leadfeeder as the medical company, which is located few blocks away.

We use Lead Feeder to track who is visiting our site and what pages they are looking at.

Information that helps us determine if our marketing efforts are effective. We have been able to track site visitors through the entire sales process using the information from Lead Feeder.

Pros

What I like most about Lead Feeder is how easy it is to see what pages site visitors are visiting the most. It also shows how long they are on the page. This information helps us determine if our content marketing strategies are working. We use the visitor information provided by Lead Feeder to determine if we are reaching the industries we most want to reach. It's also great that Lead Feeder provides some contact information for the visitors on our site. We have been able to make a few connects throughout the marketing process that have converted into sales.

Cons

Setting up filters is a little challenging with Lead Feeder. Especially when filtering out information we do not want to see or pay for as a lead. We would like to filter out a lot of the international results we are seeing as leads. Visitors from those countries are not our target market, so we filter out their information to avoid paying for it as an unqualified lead. I have to manually set up a filter for each country that I want to block from our leads information. It would be easier if I could just select a filter that blocks international traffic with just one click.

It is great to know what exact pages people have been to and how I need to follow up with them.

Pros

So far, lead feeder has shown a major impact on how we track and engage who is present on our website and integrates well with other software.

Cons

Lead Feeder does not easily let you filter categories as much as I would like it to. It does have a lot of other great features though.

I can see who has actually come to my site quickly without having to go through 4 pages on google analytics to find it.

Cons

It doesn't give me very actionable data that could lead to sales. When I don't know who I can target I can't-do much with the info.

Leadfeeder is a game changer for our sales team and an invaluable outbound sales prospecting tool

Solid lead generation insights that fuel our outbound sales process. We save a lot of time and effort looking for contacts and having this information automatically be synced with Salesforce.

Pros

The ability to see contacts associated with the company that is viewing our site is great! I love that Leadfeeder tracks the history of all site views from a particular company. Leadfeeder's workflow features that allow users to assign leads to people and have information pull from Salesforce is amazing. I really like that Leadfeeder allows us to hide ISP views and views that are not relatable to our ideal targets.

Cons

Right now, there is nothing that I would say that I don't like about Leadfeeder. The only area of improvement that I see would be in the UI.

Leadfeeder allows to see in a very easy manner what visits you are getting from employees in your potential customer companies, and eventually reach out to them if there is a strong interest identified

Pros

The ease of integration, the loads of information available for each lead and the ability to integrate with Zapier, so you can customize the output, send it to slack or other tools

Cons

So far works great and there's nothing missing or difficult to use

Simple And Easy to Use

Pros

My favorite parts are the breakdowns of individual visits and the lead scoring. I know who visited, their behavior flow on the website. As a digital creative agency, we get two kinds of leads. Those just starting out, the founders and business owners, and those who are from a well established business, an employee of the company usually. Leadfeeder helps us easily distinguish the behavior of the latter group so we can adjust our website based on the information they're looking for. Because we can connect our LinkedIn account, we can easily see if there are any mutual connections for a quick introduction.

Cons

Additional information that they don't provide with each lead, but would be useful include: social media profiles of the company, emails of key contacts, Crunchbase info, a general summary of what the company does.

Leadfeeder can help you turn your website from a brochure into a lead generation machine. It won't make miracles by itself, of course, but if you don't already track the things Leadfeeder can show you, you are doing something wrong.

Pros

It's easy to setup and has integrations to tools we already use (Mailchimp, Salesforce)

Cons

It could filter ISPs better.

although reverse IP tools have been around for a while in regards to lead gen. -Leadfeeder is super easy to use - great UI and alerts and slack connectivity - I love the fact that it gives you some guesses within the account who might you need to reach out to

Cons

it's pretty useless when it comes to big enterprise companies as trying to find the person in a 10,000 employees is nearly impossible.

What i like about Lead Feeder is that it makes it easy to see who visit your site and what pages the visitor is looking at the most. Also it tells you how long the visitor is on the page for. This software helps with understand what brings the most marketing.

Cons

Setting up filters is the only thing that makes this software hard to use.

Leadfeeder helps me and my sales team to follow on hot leads and it detects new prospects. I can also see the impacts from our marketing activities as traffic amounts

Pros

I like the simplicity and that data is also automatically updated to relevant CRM accounts in our Pipedrive

Cons

If you want to keep the cost down and the clarity up you must constantly hide non relevant companies from showing up in your lead feed. Well, it is needed only once per company, but if you have a big prospect base and you do not clean up, then the tool becomes more or less useless

Get more insight into your website visitors and pass along those qualified leads to your sales team. It also helps marketing out with understanding where your visitors are coming from and which content they engage with.

Pros

It's easy to install the script to your website to instantly start seeing who is visiting your site. While Google Analytics is great for quantifying your traffic, Leadfeeder adds more context to your data and shows you who is on your site. It's a great tool for lead generation since you can see how they came across your site, what pages they visited, and contacts within that company that you can reach out to.

Cons

The price is expensive. The pricing model is based upon the number of leads Leadfeeder finds for you, but not all of them are considered qualified leads.

Pros

Leadfeeder shows me which pages on my website were visited, how long, plus the lead contact of the visitor. I am so pleased with this service as it gives me valuable feedback on my content and the kind of organisations and individuals who are interested in my products and services. I have done a lot of research on monitoring softwares before I came across Leadfeeder and was pleasant surprised that they are so much more advanced than similar other softwares. I strongly recommend Leadfeeder as the best monitoring software on the market. They also have a very friendly and competent customer service. Easily Identify Companies Visiting Your Website

Positive experience with an industry-leading software. The support team is prompt with small issues and willing to dive into bigger issues to determine the root cause.

Pros

Number of visitors identified, accuracy of that information, and where the visit came from. We tested multiple tools simultaneously and Lead Forensics identified more companies visiting our website. They also had the best sync with our CRM, HubSpot.

Cons

LeadForensics doesn't identify if the visitors are the same people or unique like Dealfront (previously LeadFeader). If you have 10 visits from a company, you don't know if it's a single person visiting the site 10 times, 10 people visiting once each, or a mix of people visiting.
