Pros

See my previous comments: ease of use, reliability, database quality, rich functionality, nice & clean design.
They also have a very friendly and competent customer service. In total, Leadfeeder are the best business partners my company has had as they have added exceptional value to my business.
Leadfeeder is a great B2B tool to find out the companies that visited our website and also what is it that they are looking for. The best part is it's integration.

Pros

It's great to use before visiting a customer. You can see what products they are interested in and become prepared to talk about them.
A great tool for reaching out to return visitors its really good tool.
We need to follow up right away so the hourly updates are very helpful. The customer service we have received has been excellent and we are finding value right away with this service.

Cons

I believe you can push hard now with all the hassle about the EU privacy panic.
Sometimes the information on the company is missing or does not concur with what I find on LinkedIn such as the number of employees.
Getting qualified sales leads has always been a challenge and a loss of time: you keep contacting people without having the idea whether or not they're interested in your service.

Cons

The only complaint my sales team has had is you can't drill down and get an actual email. Only company information.
If one thing could be changed it would be the number of leads that are missing contact information.
A lot of ISP companies are listed but with your software you can just hide them.
