And when I point out that the coverage is 10% so their accuracy doesn't mean much, we just get blank stares and a silent meeting.

We have been with Lusha for 7 months now, and the overall conclusion is that the emails and phone/mobile numbers they provide are grossly false to what was initially presented and promised.

Overall, Lusha started out as a test but has become a daily staple for myself and our team in terms of outreach, and contact management.

Then, we had to downgrade our subscription based on cost cutting. Since I already paid for the credits, I feel like I should have been able to use them whenever I wanted even after downgrading (and then just not get more new ones).

Called a number provided by Lusha, somebody picked up and said that the person I'm looking for left the company 15 years ago, and their phone number was taken over by somebody else.

HOWEVER, their coverage of data is 10% which is just horrible for the price tag it comes with.

In zoominfo all the contact to be prospected in a single go by selecting the contacts in different pages, but in Lusha we have to select contact in one page after another as the selected contacts in previous page gets detected, which consumes a lot of time especially for prospecting larger clients.
