The report features as an administrator are good and the customer support has always been 100% excellent. Fast, helpful and reliable support.
You can only sort by last name. There is no quickbooks integration.
I love the flexibility, speed, and ease of use. It just makes sense and is super simple (you put in what you do, and the first thing you see when you log in is the obvious reminder to do it.
For new salespeople, it has been a little difficult to use the software, although in a few days, they have already managed to use most of the functions.
Helps get organized and increase sales, user-friendly interface, integration with mail & calendar, perfect for service companies, good value for money.
There is currently limited customisability, although this works for me as I prefer using something simple.
The OnePage system helps us stay on top of leads and proposals with a few simple clicks. We've tried other CRM's, but this one made it super easy.

Again, the staff, both customer-facing and back-end engineering are outstanding people who are a pleasure to work with and keep our relationship solid and profitable for both companies.
The way it looks is confusing and hard to maneuver around the website.
The people are easy to reach and work with to help solve a variety of telephony solutions desired from a middle sized business with an array of workflow needs.
The only issue we had was an occasional call that would not be recorded for some reason. It did not happen often, but when it did it cost us time trying to track down the problem.
For years, we have found everyone at the organization to be reliable, responsive, helpful and solution-oriented. The service from this group makes 800R standout.
One thing that would be nice for the Missed Calls report specifically, would be an option to see if, and when that Missed Call was called back.
I love the call recording feature and the ability that 800response gives me to be able to listen in on my call center to track how they are doing and the information they are giving.
The price is a bit more than I would have expected for an 800 vanity number/month.
I like all the data and information captured then provided to us for our use in Marketing. Customer Support is amazing any updates needed or service required was always completed in a timely manner.

I have had a pleasant experience since we launched this program. I have spoken to all members on the Wingmate team and received excellent customer service from all.
I had to login every month, with me hard to remember passwords.
A side benefit has been the increased communication between the different departments. The more sets of eyes we have out there, the better the results have been.
Need to take more than 1 pictures and hard to add info. Cannot see what you added.
The functionality of the app is pretty good. It's easy to capture what you need quickly while out & about.
Easy to download and use this app. Recording option sometimes lag and the address portion most of the time pick up the wrong location.
It is effective for business development. Prospect search, qualifying the prospect, approaching and quoting the prospect and closing the sale.
Quite some time ago, I would have said I least like the inability to search existing leads. Prompt attention was given to this issue.
Good experience overall, they were a pleasure to work with.

Participants stayed for almost a whole day with us. The event increased our reputation as event organizers, and moreover, the team had a lot of fun.

I love that no matter what type of lead, WC can track it. The platform is easy to use and setup and the support team is the best I ever had the pleasure to work with.
There is only one minor issue I dislike. The fact that only one email address can added per agency account is somewhat annoying, but is not a show stopper.
The software is amazing. It literally tracks all our digital marketing efforts into a great looking dashboard accessible by our marketing team and our clients directly.

I started with the biggest player in the market, and while their product was good, it was above my budget. I found WhatConverts and so glad that I did.
Because of Whatconverts, we are now able to track where every lead is coming from and are able to match offline sales with our online data.

Although it has a simple interface, it's not quite ready to be used a full-fledged CRM system.
The price point is great too, we started out with the low plan and upgraded to the agency level within a month because we loved the features.
The best part, though, has been the kindness and expediency of the support team. I have had numerous questions to quickly familiarize myself.
Additionally, we (and our clients), love being able to see which paid keywords are driving sales. They also have incredibly helpful support staff.
