Logistaas overview

What is Logistaas?

Logistaas is a cloud-based transport management system for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, and logistics service providers. Every year, hundreds of thousands of shipments get processed by freight forwarders using Logistaas in 80+ countries.

The main modules in Logistaas include CRM, Pricing, Shipments Management, Finance Management, Online Customer Portal, and Reports. It is integrated with INTTRA and several eAWB platforms that include Traxon CargoHUB, Descartes, CCNhub, Carognaut, and WinWebConnect.

The CRM and Pricing modules in Logistaas were explicitly designed to manage logistics service providers' sales cycles. It allows sales teams to log daily sales activities, set reminders for subsequent actions, create and track opportunities, manage rates, register inquiries, and generate quotations.

The Shipments module supports sea/air/land, inbound/outbound/domestic/cross trade, and standalone/consolidated/transshipped/multimodal shipments. It allows users to generate documents needed (in any language or format). Users can also manage files related to shipments (upload, email, etc.).

Subsidiaries (or agents) in different countries using LogistaaS can transfer shipment files and status updates to each other. Users can share internal notes, assign tasks to each other, and update clients on their shipments' statuses. And the module includes submodules for MAWB stock, trucks, and container management.

The finance management module enables companies to manage their accounts receivables and payables. It supports local tax setup in any country. The system comes with statement-of-account, ageing, invoices, incomplete data, and dynamic profit reports. Logistaas is also integrated with many accounting software such as Microsoft DAX, Dynamics, SAP Business One, QuickBooks Online, SAGE, etc.

Every company using Logistaas can offer their customers a branded online portal, where customers can view shipments, check their statuses and files, share files with the company, see outstanding invoices, send inquiries and view valid offers. Our goal is to reach a point where companies using Logistaas can easily convert into 100% digital freight forwarders.
