What is Qwyk?
Qwyk is an automation platform for freight forwarders. It provides a customer portal where customers can generate quotes for their shipments and schedule shipments. Back-office systems can link via API integration. Customer and price information is available from the rate management system. It allows regular customers to see their specific rates and book shipments. The platform is white-labeled and can be customized to match the company's corporate identity.
The system offers the possibility to set up a customized roster site, which automatically retrieves carrier data. Users can select their desired carrier from a repository with over 90 carrier options, link routes, and adjust roster sites to suit corporate identities. A smart routing guide automatically determines the most suitable carrier based on the criteria specified by the customer.
All links can integrate via APIs. It is possible to place a widget with the schedules on the company's website. It automatically reports when customers are looking for routes that do not appear on the roster. It also provides more insight into the wishes of the customer.
