Pros

“The core platform is strong, and I think continued improvements in APIs, third-party integrations, route automation, and interoperability could make it even more valuable for businesses like ours that operate dynamic delivery and rental fleets.”

Phillip F.

CTO

“I use it in nearly every facet of my job, whether covering the data analytics, keeping track of our assets, communicating with drivers, or pulling video for training or insurance claims.”

Travis F.

Office Admin

“Samsara ia a great product that provides for all my logging needs in one place, from quick access to driver logs and editing, to managing gayeways and vehicle locations.”

Kim H.

Safety Director

Pros

“There is nothing specific I don't like about Isaac but more of a desire to have them expand their entire in-cab driver solution on their tablet. So that the driver logs on sees his scorecard, can access the information that creates the score, and have all the available training to self improve. ”

Peter M.

Director of Safety

“From a safety perspective they excel at bringing their clients together to discuss their issues and share potential solutions. ”

Peter M.

Director of Safety

“Tracking, driver & vehicle management, camera & video, and ease of use.”

Max M.

Director Safety and Compliance

Cons

“TICKET turn around time is a HUGE issue for me. When I open a ticket, I am in need of a QUICK resolution b/c the majority of the time, the issues is affecting my drivers logs and they can't drive until it's corrected or fixed.”

Leanne K.

Admin Trainer Hours of Service Logs

“At times, many coaching alerts are generated that are barely actionable. If my team does not have logins or apps, scheduling behavior counseling is time-consuming.”

Charles M.

Operations Manager

“I don't like the battery life on the AG-51 asset tracker when it comes to unpowered fleet assets that are on the road for extended periods of time as the batteries would die and would cause us to lose tracking on assets until batteries could be replaced.”

Glenn L.

National Asset Manager

Cons

“As someone with previous experience designing and building user interfaces, I can state that the user interface of the tablet is absolutely hideous.”
