tech support is great. Would I make the change now that i know what I know about how big commerce just cares about apps and not making the features native I would have not picked them.

The over all experience  all feature set on entry-level Big commerce plan is very comprehensive .it makes selling multiple currencies very straightforward,there are no transaction fees applied by Big commerce,even if you use third party payments providers.it is really easy to create custom fields.

This is the leading e-commerce platform for a good reason. It is easy to use and very intuitive, also with built in apps and a cart it makes for a complete e-commerce package.

As an e-commerce designer and marketer, I was immediately impressed by BigCommerce's services. BigCommerce was the only company that seemed to cater exclusively to the ecommerce site. They are constantly adding exactly the features that I think are critical to ecommerce success, such as a fully integrated shopping cart and payment gateway, shipping and marketing strategies. They partner with the most up-to-date social media and email sites to offer a complete ability for marketing your ecommerce site. BigCommerce also offers a large selection of templates so that anyone can set up a beautiful shop with no design experience.

I tried several shopping cart e-commerce solutions and found that Bigcommerce suited my needs the most. I ended up using a free style template and customized it myself saving me a lot of money.  Online and phone support are top notch!

We switched platforms and have been really pleased with Big Commerce.  This platform has a lot of features built into it that you would have to pay for an app to use elsewhere. It includes cart abandonment software, real time shipping estimates, a cart countdown to free shipping, it's fully integrated with Avalara, and the list goes on. 

Also there are several credit card processors that are compatible so you can shop for better rates easily. This alone save us thousands of dollars last year.

The customer support has been excellent. They are extremely helpful in terms of getting the most out of the platform.

We initially transitioned from Lightspeed eCom over to Bigcommerce because their platform offered greater scalability and entry-level features than what Lightspeed offered. Because we use Lightspeed POS, however, integrating product data between the systems was a challenge and a lengthy process. It also takes some effort to maintain the connection (via a third-party service using their API).

We've been using X-Cart 4 since 2007 and the most important features are it's stability, security, and ease of customization to suit our unique needs.

The whole experience ends up being too costly, and the software is too monotonous and stressful to use.

One negative for us with X-Cart 4 is that the company puts most of it's effort into the newer X-Cart 5.

Version 5 of X-Cart is particularly suitable for integrating into other software systems. I use the Zoho One business suite for processing my orders and inventory and the two systems integrate well.
