It's pretty easy to use but has its limitations.

It does the basics well, but there are plenty of e-commerce platforms out there that outperform BigCommerce. In my experience Shopify is better than BigCommerce is every way. I even prefer WordPress with WooCommerce to this.

Easy to make basic sites, difficult to do more

It's a pleasant and delightful experience. It is a robust e-commerce solution for B2B, B2C and Wholesalers.

We have moved on from WooCommerce with the exception of two small stores, however I feel it is a good basic solution for a startup or a smaller company.

WooCommerce is great in its e-commerce features but lacks where its obvious competitors are excelling in, turning it into a second-grade choice when compared to the likes of BigCommerce, Krepling, and Shopify.

A great e-commerce solution, but still awhile to go...

I'm running all my e-commerce websites on WooCommerce. I've managed dozen of websites throughout my SEO career, including BigCommerce and Shopify - but in the end, I always opt for WooCommerce. It's just the best option for e-commerce in my opinion.
