BuilderMT Workflow Management is a comprehensive home builder solution designed for home builder companies of all sizes that delivers project management, BIM, estimating, accounting, warranty, supplier management and sales management functionalities within a single solution.
The Building Information modelling functionality (offered through partner - CG Visions) of the software allows users to collect and manage all the sales, bidding and purchasing functions in a single portal. A bidding and estimating module of the software allows users to estimate projects and manage budgeting, purchase orders and approval process. The purchase order functionality of the software helps users create automated invoices against purchase orders.
The key feature of software is the “Warranty Management” module which allows users to manage maintenance, installation and repair personnel. This is offered through integration with Punchlist, a partner software company.
With the partnership with Sales Simplicity software, users can automate their sales and Customer Relationship Management processes and efficiently reach out to their clients and prospects.
