What is Cemify?
Cemify is a cloud-based cemetery management software designed to simplify the management of cemetery mapping, burials, and plot sales. The application converts existing paper maps into an interactive digital map that can be accessed through any device.
Cemify aims to provide a simple interface for users. By clicking on individual plots, users can view and edit burial records, ownership, sales and more, all in one place. Custom proof of ownership documents can be generated for sold plots, and plot sales and payment information are recorded. The app also offers detailed record filters and searches, customized fields for records and plots, change logs and tracking, and document and photo uploads for records and plots.
Cemify’s public website allows families and visitors to search for burials with a public portal for gravesite searches and cemetery information. Plots on the cemetery map are color-coded based on their status, whether occupied, sold, or available. Users can look at the cemetery maps and instantly identify grave status by color. Cemify also provides information when users hover over each plot, including ownership and burial records.
