What is Clever?
Clever is a school management software that helps students, parents, and educators handle operations related to communication, resource management, student engagement, and more on a centralized platform. It lets teachers create personalized profiles to troubleshoot issues during online sessions, upload learning resources, and access external HR applications.
Clever's library module allows students to access and browse a learning resources catalog based on multiple categories, including specific subjects, grade levels, and peer reviews. The built-in parent portal allows family members to overview students’ online learning sessions and establish two-way communication with teachers. It lets educators generate real-time class engagement reports to gain insight into student log-ins, assignment completion rates, and resource usage.
Clever allows educational institutions to integrate the platform with several third-party student information systems (SIS). Students can use the Clever badge to scan codes and enter pin-codes to login across multiple devices. Administrators can automatically create, update, and archive school records for students, teachers, and other staff members.
