Saving time and getting complete data into Salesforce has been the greatest benefit to our organization. Scratchpad has solved an inefficiency that we did not even realize we had.
The pipeline grids are the most helpful feature in updating multiple accounts, contacts, and opportunities quickly. The layout is similar to using an Excel spreadsheet and autosaves the data automatically. The templates are very helpful for my team as they provide a focused view to complete only the fields that are needed for the specific task at hand. This has increased compliance in getting data into Salesforce.
Updates and new functionality are being developed constantly - if you have any suggestions on what you would like to see in Scratchpad, their amazing team is open to your suggestions!

The more work that I can do OUTSIDE of my CRM while maintaining pipeline hygiene and keeping management happy, the better! Without Scratchpad my sanity would be significantly impacted, this solution is helping me to stay organized and keeping all the details I need to be successful easily accessible.
In working with necessary evil of a CRM, more clicks, fields, and loading pages burn valuable selling time - Scratchpad helps to reduce the amount of time it takes to keep Sales Management satisfied with up-to-date notes and your pipeline accurate with easy adjustment. Being able to create notes, easily tie them to opportunities, and manage those opportunities in your pipeline in a swift and accessible manner makes the process significantly easier and even enjoyable!
Nothing is perfect, but Scratchpad and the team that supports it are very close! The solution is almost plug and play, but there is some light customization required in order to make sure that you are editing the proper fields. This isn't a painful process by any means and legitimately a necessary evil. If Scratchpad were somehow able to magically and automatically identify fields - that would be great, but otherwise, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Organization can be challenging for me because I work with many accounts, and they are constantly changing. Scratchpad allows me to stay organized and methodical about my approach for each one.
I use scratchpad notes daily, and I love that I can attach them to an opportunity in Salesforce with ease. Because I work with 20-40 accounts a month, it's challenging to remember every conversation, so detailed notes are critical. Now I can easily pull up important information on each account, whether in Salesforce or Scratchpad. I am also a big fan of Scratchpad being immediately available each time I open a new tab.
I really can't think of anything. For my purposes, it works great.

Absolutely love it - the best productivity tool for salespeople, hands down.
Scratchpad is easily the best tool for managing your pipeline and salesforce hygiene. It's incredibly intuitive and fast to make tons of updates to your pipeline - which keeps your manager off your back. Although difficult to quantify exactly how much - I do save loads of time every day working within Scratchpad vs Salesforce directly, or even a platform like Clari. You can progress deals quickly, update next steps, stages, close won, make custom "Tiles" for required fields - all very easily and quickly.
Every once in a while things wont sync to Salesforce and I'll have to run it a few times - but it's not often and it always ends up working in the end.
