What is ConDoc?
ConDoc is a construction management software designed to help businesses handle documentation workflows of construction projects via a unified platform. The application enables building owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design teams to streamline internal communication processes.
ConDoc allows administrators to upload building plans and share them with team members and create and submit daily logs. It provides a host of features such as audit trail, email notifications, collaboration, data synchronization, document management, purchase order management, and more. It also lets employees capture and store request for information (RFI), submittals, markup plans, drawings, specifications, and other documents in a centralized repository.
ConDoc helps professionals conduct audits, manage document changelogs, review notification history, and receive automated notifications about task assignments in real-time. The platform also enables managers to compare different versions of plans, access cached data in an offline mode, generate custom reports, and track the progress of projects.
