Dost is an inclusive language assistant that helps businesses promote inclusive workplace messaging, collaboration, and communications within teams with the help of Dost. When you add Dost to your Slack or MS Teams channels, Dost will guide you to use inclusive language in your messaging through suggestions and education material.

Every time a user posts a message that contains unconscious bias, microaggressions, or toxicity, Dost helps surface the learning moments in real-time through a private 1:1 nudge. Dost also offers recommendations on how to modify the message to make it more inclusive.

It offers the following features:

- Educate: If you post a message that can be made more inclusive, Dost sends you a personal 1:1 message (nudge) with feedback on the non-inclusive language and education material to learn more about the issues.
