Saving time on everything from applications review to interviews feedbacks, including sourcing and nurturing !
I really enjoyed discovering the Nurture feature that helps me save a lot of time. The team collaboration on hiring is really smooth thanks to Lever from reviewing sourced profiles and applications to completing interviews feedbacks. Using Lever really ease the implementation of new collaborative hiring process within GitBook. My experience with Lever is the first user experience I ever had that encourages me to recommend a product being 100% confident ! I enjoyed every step of my experience with Lever from the very 1st call discovering the product with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], all the way to the amazing on-boarding led by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] until being an actual power user of Lever.
There is not much things I didn't like about Lever. If I would think of one, it would be the grey UI that is not really appealing and sometimes the UX such as having to go back on settings part to update a template but those doesn't reduce the great user experience one should have using Lever.

We went through the implementation led by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and that was superb. Overall the customer care is strong and I like the product. There are several features that Lever should work on so it fits better organizations of a larger scale (1000+) as some of the workflows are just not granular enough.
- sourcing part - integrations with other systems - the system is smart so it is limiting mistakes - reporting is strong (as the system does not allow many mistakes)
GDPR options are very simple, we need them more advanced as a EU based company user roles - too simple for us, again we would need to have them more granular email/interview templates - it would be great if these could be preset based on the interview name/type - it would save a lot of time to search through templates department/team set up - as this affects the entire system and automation it is very hard to set it up correctly, as we are an organization of larger scale, it is just not enough granular for us job offer approval set up - again not granular enough for us

Lever used to be a great program with lots of features, they just ruined it with the new roll out.
At the moment nothing is good about this software
Merging had been disabled. We can no longer join new and old profiles into one profile. New and existing profiles - we are no longer notified if a candidate may be a duplicate. Have you ever spoken with a candidate only to find out that they where not a good fit before? Emails do not sync properly - Gmail will not be delivered if sent through Lever. We have found that we must copy and paste the email template to Outlook in order for the recipient to even receive the email. This has been going on for almost year. Emails Part 2 - Entire threads of email conversations do not appear in Lever. They are missing so again we have to cut & paste entire conversations to place in the profile. INDEED Candidates - These candidates must be forwarded into Lever. The same process we have done for 3 yrs, now all of a sudden are forwarding a separate entry of blank information which now must be deleted. It turns out that if you have an image in your signature on your email that is what creates the blank entry. SO if you have a logo, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter logo expect a blank entry. Customer Service told us we were doing it wrong. No their rollout was the most stupid thing we have ever worked with. Different pipeline stages for different jobs makes no sense. You have 1 profile, you can have many jobs associated with that profile, you can have many hiring mangers for that 1 profile, they do not need to be all over the place.

Our initial talks with Lever before selecting the ATS as well as our implementation process could not have been easier and more enjoyable! Ever member of our team was available to answer questions and walk us through the process and troubleshoot any roadblocks (though there were not many!)
Lever provides valuable insights for a small HR team lacking a dedication recruiter. We were able to streamline our process, implement standardized feedback forms, and more easily communicate with candidates at every step of the process. We love having a single source of truth and know that Lever will be able to grow with our team.
The reporting feature is a little daunting but that's mostly because my team has never had an ATS before, so this is all new to us! The upcoming additional data visualizations in reporting I think will make this transition easier for me and my team.

I realized improved efficiency from day 1 with a high volume of candidates scheduled on our books for the same amount of effort.
Very user friendly and features are thought through from the tactical recruiting side. I love easy book links, automated offer letter templates that actually work well, strong email template capabilities with email delay features, integration with slack.
Few glitches with offer letters / integration with background check and HRIS system. I had to figure out some rules myself that weren't documented. Their support team is very fast and friendly though. The built in support articles are also very comprehensive.

Highly-qualified professionals are a hot commodity in the current hiring market. Lever is an all-encompassing applicant tracking system that helps companies source, interview, and ultimately hire the best candidates for every position. In response to a fragmented market, Lever has developed an all-in-one platform with a full suite of resources for busy HR teams. Lever is already used by a number of top firms, including Lyft, Quora, Eventbrite, and Netflix.
Lever ties together all the elements in the hiring process. That includes sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and tracking the pipeline of job applicants. The platform includes custom job sites, sourcing and referrals, two-way email syncing, and reports. Lever was thoughtfully designed with collaboration in mind, keeping hiring managers and recruiters on the same page throughout the hiring process. Advanced features give agency recruiters a way to add candidates to a company’s system and schedule (or delay) email responses when recruiters need to turn down particular candidates.
Lever is a web-based platform that companies can use for hiring and talent management. Rather than juggling an array of disparate tools for applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and internal/external company communication, Lever unifies the database for human resources departments. Lever integrates the most common aspects of the hiring process into a single collaborative platform, with a focus on adding social experiences to applicant tracking and hiring processes.
Hiring managers are able to access complete company histories with each job candidate in a single click. Having these unified records makes for complete transparency, and it keeps both hiring managers and recruiters on the same page. Tools like two-way email sync and @-mentions also enable hiring teams to give quick feedback and make smart decisions in a timely manner. Thanks to a deep integration with Slack, Lever users can even send notes and use #channels to reach teammates in Slack.
Lever’s gives every employee the chance to source and refer candidates to the organization without changing existing workflows. It turns the hiring process into a team sport and keeps relevant applicant data (like resume files and contact information) centralized in its web-based platform.
Using Lever’s Chrome extension, your employees can easily bring qualified talent to your attention. Once a candidate’s profile is discovered, it can be tracked and followed through the lifecycle of the hiring process. Additionally, Lever tracks where top candidates came from and reports on your top sources of qualified applicants so you know where to focus your resources during the next hiring spree.
Group interviews are notoriously challenging to schedule with traditional calendar systems, but Lever has found a way to bypass the most common struggles. Email calendar integration gives users a way to select interviewers, view availability, reserve conference rooms, and adjust for time zones automatically. The process is seamless for both the schedulers and the interviewee.
When you get ready to setup an applicant interview, open up the scheduling section of Lever and view each of your team members’ availabilities. The data is pulled directly from their work calendars. You choose the time, date, and location, and Lever will handle all follow-ups. The platform then pings every interviewer automatically to ask for their feedback on the candidate after the interview has taken place.
Email sync is just one of the ways that Lever facilitates collaboration among team members. The platform gives users a straightforward way to review resumes, collect feedback, and move the candidates they believe would be most qualified for any position to the top of the pile. Teams that use Slack can also send notes straight to the platform.
Collaboration within Lever happens in a number of different ways. Including an @ sign before a coworkers name sends a quick message directly to the person’s inbox, and it’s often viewed as the fastest way to get feedback or loop someone in on a conversation. You can also use the Slack workflow, with a #channel in Lever to reach colleagues in Slack. One-click email syncing is another collaboration feature that lets you import correspondence with job applicants into the Lever platform.
Lever tracks all the recruiting metrics HR managers can imagine, and even some others they may not have thought about before. Rather than relying on anecdotal information to make hiring decisions, Lever arms companies with the metrics that really matter when selecting the best person for any position.
Lever’s recruiting reports include conversion rates and interview calibration. You’ll be able to see how many candidates moved through the hiring pipeline and what percentage of those candidates were hired by your organization. Candidate-level data lets you see the name, status, and origin of every applicant. You can further analyze all this data by exporting it to a spreadsheet or using Lever’s API.
Lever integrates with a number of popular third-party business applications, including DocuSign, OneLogin, LinkedIn, Slack, Zenefits, and Namely.
Lever offers subscription pricing for businesses, with actual costs varying depending on the size of the organization and its recruiting needs. Organizations can contact Lever directly for custom pricing information.
