Support all appear to be recently qualified with not much experience in assisting or understanding issues. Regularly had issues around Christmas periods where website was down completely. Recently had a very quiet month and found out from a customer that the site was not taking card payments. Reported to the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] that this is not good enough as it has cost a lot of money and received a call from support stating "I don't know why you think that has cost you in sales". I sums up EKM's understanding of online business but are keen to show the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] flying his aircraft or the slide fitted in the EKM's premises for the staff to use. It all appears very childish, unprofessional and completely out of touch with the real world. I guess if you provide a playground to work in, you get to employ children.....
Easy to use and set up. Lots of templates to choose from.
Regularly has issues preventing sales, cocky helpdesk assistants more recently took advantage of increased online sales to more than double the fees (which you are now locked into) despite now having no stock. Previously lost email facility and was told that I need to PAY EXTRA to be on more reliable servers!
