The price was really fit for my budget. I was using iMovie and was really tired of it being slow and limited. Filmora allows me to create beautiful videos with many formats.

I tried out this program to see if it would be useful in editing videos for use on websites and more

I bought Filmora in a rush at the last minute preparing for a class.. I had iMovie and other software but they were not cutting it for me.  I was able to make my deadlines with ease and have been using Filmora ever since (almost two years).

An easy, affordable digital editing solution for the non-tech-savvy

I use filmora to edit videos for my youtube platform and the best benefit for me in using it is that it doesn't crash as much as iMovie (I know macs aren't supposed to crash but sometimes they do) AND you can do simple trims of videos without even adding them to the timeline- you can do it in the preview box. 

Better than other similarly priced choices

I found it to be really good, especially for the price. Able to use and output various resolutions, codecs and formats. Has some mid-range to advanced features. Has more functionality and customisable elements than iMovie or Animoto, but doesn't cost as much anywhere near as much as Premiere Pro or other 'Pro' solutions.

Powerful Video Editing For Most Levels

Once I lost iMovie I started looking for an alternative and this seemed to be rated highly and had a free version. I was able to edit my video like usual with minimal knowledge of the editor, which is fantastic. But once I was rewatching after I exported, there was a watermark which would not work for me. 

So, if you don’t mind the watermark this is great. The free version is easy to learn on. I did like it but I was in the market for a free editor without a watermark. 

Not bad if you don’t mind a watermark.

I love it, as it is a great video editor, it has a lot of visual effects and it is easy to use, it is a great option for video editing.

This can be annoying and a bit of a hassle to removed the effect from each still image.

Moreover, iMovie has great integration with other Apple products such as iCloud, iMovie on iPhone and even Apple TV to view your movies.

The software has limited audio and video editing capabilities. Also I am unable to open my projects on iMovie from a  non apple product.
