It integrates with our CRM, Donor Snap. It has allowed us to set up online event forms and collect payment directly without going thru PayPal or other collection processes
It integrates with our CRM system. The customer service is excellent too, they stayed right with me during the set up process.
The reporting and reconciling to the bank deposits was a little tricky. Once I created a system with certain reports it became easier but there is not a simple way to get that breakdown, at least not that I have found.

Again, shopping cart works well, what happens after that is the bad part. I would give GoEMerchant a much higher rating if that was all I was reviewing.
Easy to use, nice 3d cart shopping cart, good customer support. They have everything a small merchant needs to accept credit cards.
GoEMerchant is owned by a credit card processor. The processor has double charged our customers, and also caused some chargebacks (due to double billing) for which we had to pay a fee. When contacted, they said it was not their problem, they blamed it on VISA/Mastercard, would not send our customers an email explaining it, and would not refund the chargeback fee. Their exact words were "there's nothing we can do". If you use GoEMerchant for their shopping cart, do not use their recommended processor, First American Payment Systems. Either bring your own or stick with PayPal.
