What is IVEPOS?
IVEPOS is a cloud-based point of sale (POS) solution, which helps restaurants, retail stores, bars, pharmacies, salons, and other businesses manage invoices, products, payments, inventory, accounting, and more. The artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled platform comes with a centralized dashboard, which enables organizations to view monthly or daily sales summaries, average sales, bills, and taxes.
IVEPOS includes a product database, which allows users to add or delete items, update pricing, quantity, or category, and search for information using keywords. It offers numerous features including vendor management, role-based permissions, bulk product uploads, customer feedback collection, secure data storage, offline access, and barcode management. The customer management functionality lets managers store customer details, such as name, phone numbers, email addresses, feedback, and order history in a centralized repository to send promotional offers and improve marketing campaigns.
IVEPOS enables professionals to gain insight into payments received via cash, credit card, digital wallets, or coupons through interactive reports and analytics. Plus, it allows users to import and export CSV reports and share data with teams across the organization.
