KioskBuddy is a self-order kiosk software that transforms tablets into customer-facing ordering stations. It syncs with Square to seamlessly pull menu items, process payments, and integrate loyalty programs. The software centralizes the ordering experience to increase sales channels without increasing labor costs. The conversational order flow makes the self-service kiosk intuitive for customers to place orders independently. As customers select menu items, the total cost is tallied in real-time. They can apply loyalty rewards or gift cards before paying with their preferred tender through Square. To complete the transaction, customers can opt-in for SMS text notifications when orders are prepared for pickup. On the management side, owners can remotely edit menus in real-time. If a product is 86'ed or a happy hour special is added, changes apply instantly across all kiosks. Sales reports provide insight on top-selling items and busiest times to inform staffing and stocking needs. Additional features like time-based menus, receipt printers, and Fresh KDS further simplify operations.
