What is Ligna?

Ligna is a customer relationship management (CRM) system designed specifically for marketing agencies. It helps simplify daily tasks like logging calls, sending emails and text messages, creating proposals, organizing follow-ups, and tracking leads and accounts.

The software features shared workspaces where team members can collaborate on leads and accounts. User roles and permissions provide visibility into sales rep activity from inside reps, outside reps, and management. The system also includes an enterprise-grade voice infrastructure with options for an in-browser phone, softphone, or desktop IP phone. VoIP lines come with voicemail, call transfer, and multiple minutes. An IVR auto attendant routes calls, while call forwarding lines let users track inbound calls.

Its key features include bulk actions for email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns as well as smart filters for call queues to segment calling lists. Custom labels allow users to organize data, while automation triggers key workflows. The software also includes a customizable pipeline for tracking opportunities and a proposal builder to create urgency with prospects. Users can add custom fields to customize the system to the sales process.
