The application provides dining and table service module, which allows professionals to prepare custom table layouts for facilities and track status on guests, table, server, food and beverage in real-time.
Features of Microworks Prism POS include credit card processing, online ordering, video surveillance, fingerprint ID, self-ordering kiosk, payment processing and reporting. It offers Prism WebOrder, which facilitates activities such as customer registration, credit card payments, order creation and more. Prism Notification Service also lets restaurants to communicate with drivers and customers via SMS.
It offers an integrated scheduling software, which allows administrators to create or change availability schedules for employees, add or remove shifts, compare forecasted hourly sales or labor costs, and more.
