What is OneSky?
OneSky is a cloud-based translation service and management platform for apps, games and websites. It provides users with translations of any size whether they are freelance or from a large enterprise. The powerful cloud platform helps to manage project quality and consistency with intuitive features designed to simplify the localization workflow.
OneSky’s translators are all hand-picked native speakers from a choice of over 50 popular languages that can all be communicated with via the platform as they work on the projects. Translators are assigned based on track record and experience, right after an order has been placed.
OneSky has iTunes Store and Google Play integration so all users have to do is import their metadata (app store description) automatically from the app store and then can export directly. Using screenshots, a glossary, and notes, users can ensure that the context of their translations are correct and also invite collaborators onto the project via email or by sharing a link. Users can also leave comments by selecting the string and leaving a comment in the sidebar.
Project reports include detailed information on the actions performed on the base language of the project such as newly added, updated or deleted words, and view translation progress by language and by collaborator. For each report, users can also specify the time range and the type of data they would like to view in a clear graph form.
