What is SumTotal Learn?
SumTotal Learn is the LMS that forms part of the SumTotalTalent Expansion suite, which also includes a talent management and workforce management solution. The LMS provides small and medium-sized businesses with enterprise-level features to create courses and deliver them both internally and internally, to track learner progress, sell courses online, encourage collaborative learning, and generate ad hoc reports.
SumTotal Learn lets you automatically deliver training and certifications to ensure your staff meet compliance, with flexible learning types and delivery options such as AICC and SCORM compliant online training, instructor-led training, live or virtual events, and automated job or role-based learning. The LMS solution lets you deliver dynamic course catalogs that automatically tailor learning content to match the specific audience. You can track course progress with automated alerts, set up automated approval workflows, and analyze course progress using a library of reports.
