What is WhenNow?
WhenNow is an online event registration and ticketing solution for events of any size, which allows users to create custom events, sell tickets, and check-in attendees at the event using native apps for iOS and Android.
With WhenNow, users can create custom event registration pages using any device, by adding the event name, location, date & time, details, and ticket types. A custom banner image can be added to the event page, and once event location details are entered, a map is automatically displayed. The event details field supports text formatting, including bold, italics, hyperlinks, bulleted lists, and text indents. Multiple ticket types can be added to events, with custom names, costs, quantities, and descriptions. Users can also control when ticket sales end, either at the start of the event, the end of the event, or 24 hours before the event begins.
WhenNow’s native check in app for Android and iOS enables users to scan QR codes on tickets to check attendees into an event. The app uses the device camera as a barcode scanner, and alerts users to any tickets which have already been scanned. Guest passcodes can be created for additional staff or volunteers, allowing check in to be run across multiple devices at the same time.
