It has a good balance of cost and features. Their API is feature rich allowing us to extend Contentful and tightly integrate it with our systems.
There are aspects that are difficult, and sometimes hard to keep tabs on what is active and hard to back track if something does go wrong.
Once I integrated contentful in my project, it was really easy to use and I think it's very useful and powerful.
Frustrating, being treated like an imbecile with over simplified explanations of content types which still don't answer the question.
Once your projet is set up, all is easy to use and allow user to contribute without IT knowledge. All contents provided are really good for all type of projet.
The worst negative could be that there are some cross sale situations where you may feel obliged to purchase a plugin to work with your content.
In addition to these core features, I've also appreciated the ability to integrate Contentful with other tools and platforms.
The only negative I can think about with Contentful is the learning curve for the team.

Built in workflows are very impressive. Perfect enterprise DXP that both marketing and IT will love to use.
There is a lack of an administrative control panel in Magnolia, displaying all the workflow, most probably in graphical representation.
Wonderful CMS to develop on. Ease of development lets me focus on empowering content managers to deliver amazing end results.
The uninstall of the modules is quite unsystematic. There are no chances to go back if an error occurs during the publication of new versions of a self-made module.
Enterprise integration capabilities are also superb with available pre-built integration modules to popular applications like Salesforce and Google Analytics as well as Ecommerce.
At this point I have no negative issues with Magnolia. Very happy with platform.

Great solution to build landing pages / small & big websites with low budget - but if you got the money the results will be amazing.
We've found ourselves stalled out badly with problems at times because a theme or plugin had terrible support.
If you are a person who has many thoughts that you would like to publish or perhaps you like fashion and want to show that interest, then WorldPress is your best friend.
The biggest problem with WordPress is the lack of understanding that it is a blog software.
WordPress is really an amazing content management system, that allows you to build stunning and amazing websites within few hours.
As a result, I'm forced to disapprove and delete spam comments individually, and when you get hundreds of these kind of spam comments each week, you can imagine that it can be frustrating.
The template they provide to create a websites are awesome which may show a good website. The plugins are on of the best features in wordpress i have used so far for creating my website.
Wordpress is really limited in its features and functionalities. More than that, the support for customers is bad.
I love the ease of use and ability to share my posts easily to other platforms for user viewing and commenting.
I like all the features it has a great impact like me I used it as a platform to create my own page for family, community, and business.

It is a fantastic product and its security features give our business confidence to be in compliance with all regulations we are required to follow.
Sadly it does not work on my kindle Ir the android tablet I had. With everything going mobile these days, you would think they'd be compatible by now.
I like the simplicity and good features and the appropriate speed of Box platform, you can easily transfer files from any device to the cloud storage space of the box.
This product has very limited functionality in some areas which could be a bit frustrating at times.
The interface of Box is great, and it is my favorite of the primary file-sharing platforms. Upload times seem relatively fast and sharing links with people outside my organization is great.
The organization of Box is awful, but this could be my company's fault.
I love how clean and simple it looks and I especially love how you can view your Box folders through a finder window on your computer's desktop.
The file size limit is very sad, I need to fragment my files too much, not to mention the limitation of file versions.
Its an awesome and convenient to remove people/add people. You can even download BOX DRIVE to have it in your file explorer and it links together, very awesome.
I LOVE that I can search for a file just by typing in the name, regardless if I know where exactly I filed it. I love the ease of opening a file to make changes and saving it again.
Outstanding support team that can assist with customizing Box to fit your needs. Box saves time and allows for great communication channels between team members, trade partners, and customers.
I like the work area programming and in this way the best part that it saves the records disconnected. Generally, I work during my drive and these highlights save me from huge difficult situations.

This tool is an excellent knowledge base. This is the primary use for it that we have, and it does it perfectly.
Sometimes I have difficulties with formatting some of the tables as it is frustrating when it does not follow what you want it to do and it takes a while to correct the mistake.
It is a great great tool for creating documents like PRDs and Information Documents of Projects and then sharing with team members to view and collaborate.
Searching was severely handicapped, and no linking of documents was really feasible. There was also poor management of permissions.
Confluence is reliable and offers a good set of functionalities and features, the capacity to organize and edit documentation online is great.
Performance over the last 6 months has degraded and it's now really slow. The over-arching user management is really confused.
The ability for more than one person to edit a document at the same time is awesome. Being able to drag and drop the order/hierarchy of pages and nested pages is great too.
Creating a new page on Confluence can be difficult. The formats that are available for the pages are confusing.
Confluence brings all the things you love about markdown and expands on them into a great product that can also jump into the service desk market too.
Very reliable and robust, user friendly, and easy to use, I have it as a database resource and note taking records.
The best documentation and knowledge base solution available. Perfect integration with Trello and Jira.
I love how well is integrated with the Jira ecosystem and their UX and easy to use. It's better for organizing files than other competitors.
And Best part it is Atlassian product so it has great integration with JIRA.

Searching was severely handicapped, and no linking of documents was really feasible. There was also poor management of permissions.

Due to jotform errors and their non-existent customer service I am now getting angry emails from customers threatening to cancel their subscriptions.
The improved back-end features, the reporting functions, and the integrations have really made me like this platform. The nonprofit discount and the overall affordability have been great.
It's expensive and you can only gather X amount of forms before being charged. The website is a bit dated.
The form creator is awesome. It made it SUPER easy to design a form with the fields I required my customers to fill out and let's them upload images when contacting me.
That it’s hard to read and fill out on mobile browsers because of the tendency to be cut off on the screen.
The amount of customizing that can be done with JotForm is simply amazing, even with the free account. I simply couldn't find the ability to use file upload in a free account other than JotForm.
There were no features that I felt were missing or could be improved. No aspects of JotForm were diffiult to use.

There are some features are illogical and really hard to find. Opening word documents does not always work well and sometimes LibreOffice deforms the files.
LibreOffice is an inexpensive alternative to Microsoft office and I would recommend it if you do not have dedicated software. Great for small businesses or start ups.

I like how you get guided prompts as your start building because it helps set a structure to how your website will be like. Most of all, I appreciate how its paid plans are cheaper than other sites.
I found it hard to go deeper when I was trying to optimise Weebly sites for SEO as you can't access some parts easily. Also, I struggled with the drag and drop, and undoing accidental movements.
I love how Weebly can so easily help you create a beautiful website that looks both professional and polished. It's relatively easy to use and pretty customizable.
Recent big frustration as we were considering upgrading and before anyone responded to our support inquiry, we were auto charged (ahead of the renewal date) for the existing plan.

Sometimes when I drag and drop a widget, it ends up halfway down the page in the wrong position, like the mouse is not calibrated or something, and this can only be fixed by doing a hard refresh.

I also get frustrated sometimes with the way that comments and updates can get "trapped" at a task level and you can end up having to click around for a while to find a conversation.

It is easy to use even if you are a beginner. I had fun creating my webshop with this product but it is also a good solution for people who want to start writing a blog.
I was unable to swith the language of my webshop which was a big disadvantage from my side.
It has a very fast and easy to use interface, a great advantage is that it allows you to have your website in different languages. Its templates are quite modern and is economical.
Email GUI: Search functions are lousy: email address search requires literal coincidence. No content search available (or at least we could not make it run).
The best part about using this software is we can setup our website easily with multiple language availability. It provides amazing SEO support.

After trying a lot of new AI copywriting tools, I think Scalenut is the best one because it has a simple, clean UI and makes meaningful, accurate text. Was worth the money and very easy to use.
The AI can sometimes be repetitive in its writing, but this is not unique to Scalenut. Jarvis has the same problem and is much more expensive.
Everything is good and their help section and tutorials are wow, have you tried their customer support you'll love that.
Some small features are still missing such as being able to specify content output size.
Scalenut comes with lot of features write quality content for SEO & Social media. Among them, I like Topic Research, UI/UX, Support is amazing, Great community, SEO tools & more.
The one thing that I don't like about Scalenuts AI Writer is the fact that there isn't a way to customize any of the frameworks and templates.
I compared Scalenut to other competitives, I think it provides the best monthly credit with good quality.
My current output is short, some of it repetitive, and I have to switch back and forth between AI Connectors, Write with AI, and AI operators in order to write more.
Additionally, the NLP terms, competition report, and questions are good. UI & UX are superb, very tidy and clean.

I had a desktop version before moving to the cloud and had several major problems with that version as it corrupted on my computer several times and did not automatically index to a cloud backup.

The upload portal can be confusing. Drag and dropping of files can lead to double uploads or uploading into the wrong folder.
I love the responsiveness and friendly nature of the Canto team. This is integral to my creative post-production process.
Overall design and website animations feel dated and clunky, empty folders look ugly as well. Definitely a learning curve involved in using Canto.
We love that this software implements facial recognition. This is very important for our usage as we need to be able to just type someone's name and get all their results for marketing purposes.
I had a few problems using the tagging feature.

Lots of complications that will appear out of nowhere, for no reason. Constantly having to check to see if my site has somehow gotten a new problem without me editing it.
But I love the choice of templates and integration with various services. Most importantly the support team have been very good and speedy in helping me with any issues I've come across.
I pointed out the issue a few times but no answer.
The software is so easy to use, the templates are brilliant giving my website a clean and fresh look.
I would prefer some more font options as they are limited.

This is a very fun software to use. I can spend hours with being creative and having fun.
The only issue I have had was with very poor search functionality.
Also, the customer support is one of the best I have found online. Invideo also ensures to update their help documentations and tutorials regularly and its very good for referencing.
If the client then decides they don't like a clip you chose, you've wasted the cost of the discarded premium clips.
The overall experience of InVideo is fantastic. I love the fact that you can create excellent quality videos in InVideo.
The price is a little high and when I am using it I found many bugs. Load slowly, it is very frustrated sometimes.
I like integration with Storyblocks and Shutterstock; also integrates some wonderful pre-designed templates which make the job easier and are useful for to take ideas.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.

So far, I had an amazing experience with Memesource. Amazing customer service and a lot of information and trainings available for free.
When approving many segments, one after another at a fast past, it seems like it can't keep up (but no confirmation is lost, it only takes a little time to catch you up).
I'm overall very happy, it's a good tool that has helped us a lot to improve our productivity, and our team of translators is also very happy with it.
For those used to other CAT tools, you may miss one or another option.
Overall I am very much satisfied with Memsource, and I have recommended it to other translators.

If you know a bit of publishing it is a perfect tool to create any kind of document you would like to publish. It is also easy and fun to see how well the document will grow and finally look like.
If you don't pay for the premium version you are very limited. There are very few fonts and things you can do to when downloading files.
The overall experience was great. We were able to publish a monthly newsletter promoting the exciting accomplishments of our school and community.
The organization of the software was a bit confusing to initially use. Finding the right template can also be a job that encompasses too much time.
I tried the free version and was hooked and decided it was the best choice to get the Pro version. Then I realized I can do so much more than just newsletters with this and so user friendly.
There are limited features at the basic level.
The ease of use - no training required. The ability to save as you go without having to be prompted - auto save.
The people at LP tecnical have an irritation tendancy to fix things that aren't broke while bypassing obvious problems.
Lucidpress is relatively easy to use and provides a nice option for much more robust and costly applications. Great for a small business that needs to put something together quickly.

After several months of not using the service and being charged, my friend tried to cancel the service. I kept being charged for service each month.
It's very practical, modifiable, engaging, and fun for the kids. I find it very useful and recommend it as a fruitful educational tool.
Again, the representative refused to stop charging me because I did not open the account. I had to get my bank to stop charging me. I was charged over a year.
Padlet is really helpful while outlining your vision, project or idea. Interface is playful and intuitive for creative process.
The pricing I would say seems to be the only disadvantage, and the limit of the video length is also disappointing.
I like the immediate responses from students that allows me to address any concerns and clarify questions. It is a great formative assessment tool.
It has taken the pressure off note takers, and enable participants to communicate their points in their own words rather than being paraphrased by someone else.

It's super powerful, and the integrations that are available with the software are superb. Gives you endless possibilities.
This is a web-based client and not downloadable software, so that gets a bit annoying if I accidentally close a window. Tutorials on the website also need to be update to match the current version.
If you are a designer and want to make your web design "live", this is the tool you need. Smooth learning curve (with help of an amazing knowledge base and a very active & supportive community).
There customer service is non-existent, I had numerous situations where there was a bug or I was stuck and there was literally no way of solving it.
