OpenAsset uses artificial intelligence and a project-based structure to help users improve tagging, search for similar images, and batch edit assets. Key features of OpenAsset include AI-enabled search, marketing collateral creation, asset categorization, asset sharing, and workflow management. The platform enables users to design marketing collateral, bid proposals and other documents using brand templates, custom image specifications, and a drag-and-drop interface. OpenAsset comes with an employee module, which allows users to create employee resumes and store, as well as sync, employee assets between HR or ERP systems and OpenAsset. OpenAsset supports integration with several third-party applications such as Indesign, Salesforce, Deltek, WordPress, EventBrite, Google Sheets, Okta, Ping Identity, Slack, Zapier, Box, Dropbox, and more.
