I had an amazing experience with Event Ready. The representatives are so helpful and were readily available.
Many many problems with functionality not working.
I like this software because it is very easy to customize and there is no limit to the amount of registrations with my plan. My dedicated customer service agent is friendly and easy to work with.
We then began to test the app and again were met with an unpleasant surprise, which was that the backend was not fully functional.
Their personal customer service coupled with their outstanding capabilities makes it a win-win for both of us and we look forward to continuing the relationship for years to come.
They blamed this on us, claiming we hadn't provided sufficient specifications.
Self check in is extremely fast and easy to use. As a business, we are still trying to develop the best way to utilize the system to best fit our needs.

Banzai is fantastic to work with. Their software is easy to use to develop a campaign and their team is extremely responsive and helpful.
The overall experience has been painful and disappointing.
I like that they are responsive and their service is great. They drive a good many leads to my events in a short amount of time.
Emails were severely impacted by deliverability rates, but none of this was communicated. WE had to do our own digging in the dashboard to uncover insights as to why the registration wasn't there.
When we first starting using Banzai in 2018, it worked great. We had them reaching out to their database as well as our target accounts to drive registrations for events.
First, the customer service is horrible. In two years we have had multiple account managers who made promises they couldn't keep.
The customer support at Banzai is very helpful and wants to make your vents a success.
It started off so well, but has slowly declined. Reg is picking back up, but at this point the relationship is tarnished and I am unhappy with how they are handling a long time account.

Clumsy and difficult interface which required considerable time to navigate.
Great product, best value and excellent customer service.
Unfortunately, printing and hard copies of documents are still sometimes needed.
It's the best software for the best value on the market.
The software also comes standard with additional modules such as reporting and custom training at no additional charge.

Enrole allows us to track a lot of details in the class registration process, which is very helpful to running a large Adult Education program. It's user intuitive and easy to use.
Entrinsik has by far one of the most responsive customer service and support teams that I have encountered.
Reasonable cost, supportive team at Entrinsik, functions available are easy to do. Sales demo was very well done by the rep. She was one of our trainers as well, again very competent in that role.

Very much recommend this software to anyone who is very much organized and for those not too organized, this software will help you keep everything in place.
The standard edition doesn't offer everything we need and we have a limited budget to work with at this time.
Keeping track of all the steps needed in planning and executing an event. From booking to billing and in between it is fantastic.
Random glitches here and there. On the plus side, these are generally just annoyances, not critical to functionality.
The software is affordable, easy to learn and contains plenty of useful features.
Keeps all information about your event in an easy to use format that is just perfect for following the daily functions of your event.

When we made the decision to switch to EventPro we scheduled one of their trainers to come and work with our team to get us up and going. Their technical support is very knowledgeable and responsive.

Our staff take advantage of the support line and call as required for assistance or to help us in creating new reports to fulfill our mandate.
Has a place for any information you need or just want.

I have recommended this system to every organization I have worked for (past and present) and strongly encourage anyone interested in growing their enrollment and revenue to join the ASAP team.
The reservations module is terrible. I have no way to book certain spaces for my instructors and have it reflect on the master calendar.
We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.
The front end of ASAP (what the client / customer sees) is really terrible. We used it for 6 years before switching.
Complete reports that enable fine grained digging. Outstanding customer service, very friendly support team.
Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.
Customers have ease signing up for classes. The ability to attach images is a feature I recommend anyone use to sell their classes.
When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.
Joel and Travis are very approachable and willing to help in any way they can. I for one am very satisfied.
It was only a poor work-around. I paid way too much to have to still do so much work.

Prior to switching to ASAP our organization used a clunky old Access database that forever had problems.
Though switching to ASAP had a bit of learning curve from that, it has been amazingly helpful overall. I love that we can track credits, attendance, class completions, etc. all from one spot.
We were also told that any additional reports we wanted to build would cost a lot of money, so we've been stuck with the default reports. Our new software has custom report building built in.
The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.
Instructors or admin staff can leave notes in the student's account so we know why something was done outside normal policy/why someone didn't complete a class/etc.

The customer support was impressive- quick responses and willing to help.
Our experience was quite negative both with the platform itself, and with the support and sales team.
We needed an outside group to verify that our event registrants had been vaccinated. This was a huge advantage to our team to place this responsibility on CrowdPass.
