Self-Service Kiosk mode allows customers to collect stamps independently at designated tablets. Autopilot Mode integrates external barcode scanners for streamlined processing during high-volume periods. Terminal Mode extends loyalty functionality to Android payment terminals, facilitating integration with payment networks and acquirer environments.
Reward configurations include traditional stamp accumulation thresholds, separate digital vouchers, and gamified lottery-style reward games. Voucher objects can present redemption codes in text, QR code, or barcode formats for manual or scanned validation. The browser-based administration interface provides tools for pass design, reward rule setup, customer database management, and campaign creation without requiring local software installation. Wallet-native features such as geo-fenced reminders, birthday reward automation, push notifications, and email communications enable customer re-engagement without additional applications.
Integration pathways range from zero level integration, which relies on staff-assisted validation and redemption codes without API connections, to deeper automation through POS integrations, webhooks, and application programming interfaces. The platform supports custom branding and white-label deployment options for agencies, implementers, and payment processors.
