Time recording and billing

Start a timer from any matter and record time and disbursements as you work. Adjurn turns recorded work into a branded PDF invoice in one click, with payment terms, a choice of invoice themes and a clear view of what each client owes. Track income and expenses from the same Billing tab.

Client identity verification

Send clients a secure identity document and liveness check by email or text message, add AML and PEP screening when a matter needs it, and see the result on the client's file.

Compliance

An undertakings register, conflict of interest checker, complaints register and a full audit log with CSV export keep the firm ready for regulatory inspection at any time.

AI tools

Generate letters and documents with AI, review contracts against your own playbooks, and use AI Import to bring in clients, matters, time entries and expenses from your existing spreadsheets in minutes. A voice assistant answers questions about your diary and matters in a professional, secretarial style.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.3 and HSTS, stored data is encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and access is protected by rate limiting and role based permissions. Sign in with email and password, Google or Apple.
