AesthetiClinic is clinic management software for aesthetic practitioners and clinics in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It replaces the usual mix of a booking app, paper consent forms and spreadsheets with one system covering booking, payments, consent, records, stock and patient messaging.

Patients book through a branded booking page with live availability from each practitioner's shifts. Deposits or full payment are taken at the point of booking through the clinic's own Stripe account, with 0% commission to AesthetiClinic, and cancellation rules are applied automatically. A waitlist can offer freed slots to waiting patients.

The diary handles multiple practitioners, rooms and locations, with staff-to-treatment matching so only qualified staff can be booked for a treatment.

Consent forms are signed on the patient's own phone with no app or account. Each signature is timestamped and tied to the exact form version, and answers write back to the patient record. Editable templates cover common treatments, medical history and aftercare.

Treatment records hold product, batch number, dose and injection site, alongside consent-flagged before and after photos and allergy alerts. A prescription workflow supports internal or external prescribers, with a face-to-face attestation before approval.

Stock is deducted automatically when a product is used, and a batch recall lists every patient who received product from a given lot.

Every record has an audit trail, and clinics can export all of their data at any time. Pricing is one plan at £25 + VAT per practitioner per month with every feature included, free reception seats and no contract. SMS reminders are charged per message. A 14-day free trial is available.
