AIxFlow overview
What is AIxFlow?
AIxFlow is a process modeler for the iPad that produces real BPMN 2.0 rather than BPMN-looking shapes. It is built for people who need a clean, presentable process diagram quickly: analysts in a workshop, consultants on site, managers reviewing a flow.
Modeling works by tapping instead of dragging: select an element, choose what comes next, and AIxFlow adds the sequence flow. Auto-layout arranges the whole process, including pools, lanes, gateways and sub-processes, horizontally or vertically. The validator checks for missing start and end events, dead ends, unreachable steps and implicit splits.
The model covers the BPMN elements most teams use: all event types, exclusive/parallel/inclusive/complex/event-based gateways with conditions, task types, embedded and linked sub-processes, pools and lanes with message flows, data objects, annotations and groups.
Export valid .bpmn files (optionally executable for Camunda 7 or 8), PDF, SVG, PNG and HTML or Word documentation, or share a read-only web link that opens in any browser. AI can generate a first model from text, voice or a photo of a sketch. Diagrams sync across your iPads via iCloud.
