What is Alliance Phones?
Alliance Phones is a cloud-based hosted VoIP software, designed to help small to midsize businesses streamline communication for inbound and outbound calls across multiple devices such as IP phones, softphones, conference systems, and fax in a virtual environment.
The application enables supervisors to set up call rules, record and screen calls, and maintain call logs. Managers can use the call barging and eavesdropping functionalities to listen or drop in between live calls to connect with both agent and speaker. Using the call whisper feature, supervisors can communicate with agents without being acknowledged by the caller.
Alliance Phones offers integration with various third-party applications including Microsoft Outlook, Filemaker, and SugarCRM. Agents can use the auto attendant feature to customize the recorded greetings and automatically route internal and external calls. Other features include paging, ring groups, conference bridge, hot desking, extension transferring, voicemail transcription, presence monitoring, call parking, and direct inward and outward calling.
