What is Ardoiza?
ARDOIZA lets independent restaurants take table reservations and takeout orders (Click & Collect) on their own website, without paying any commission. Restaurants pay a fixed monthly price, with no commitment, after a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
Restaurants leaving GloriaFood, which shuts down on April 30, 2027, can switch in minutes: ARDOIZA imports the GloriaFood menu with categories, items, prices, options, photos and opening hours, shows a preview before writing anything, and the import can be undone. On WordPress, the ARDOIZA plugin takes over the GloriaFood buttons already placed in the pages. On any other website (Wix, plain HTML...), ARDOIZA creates hosted booking and ordering pages in a minute, linked from the site with two buttons. Restaurants without a website can choose a hosted site created by ARDOIZA, with security updates and nightly encrypted backups.
During service, the ARDOIZA Pro app for iPhone, iPad and Android rings for every new order, even when the app is closed. Staff accept an order with a preparation time, mark it ready, confirm reservations and declare out-of-stock items, which disappear from the website at once.
Guests pay on pickup or online by card, straight into the restaurant's own Stripe account: ARDOIZA never handles the money. Restaurants can also ask for a deposit on some reservations, run promotions and sell gift cards online. ARDOIZA is a French service, hosted in France.
