Asklet is a feedback widget for content sites and SaaS products. It asks your readers and users a short, anonymous question right where they are: at the end of an article, on a docs page, or next to a new feature in your app.

Every answer stays on the page it was given on, so you can see which pages help people and which need work.

Why does it exist?

Page views tell you that people visited, not whether the page did its job. Email surveys get few replies, arrive days later and lose the context of what the person was reading.

Most survey widgets also need cookies and a consent banner, which puts readers off before they answer. Asklet asks one short question on the page itself, at the moment the reader has an opinion.

Setup

Setup takes about five minutes: add your website, list its domains and paste one iframe snippet into your site or app template. The snippet loads lazily, so your pages stay fast, and you never need to change it. From the dashboard, you decide which survey shows on which page, using exact paths or patterns such as /guides/* or /blog/**. An address tester shows which survey a URL will get before you go live. New articles are covered as soon as they're published, and you can change the question at any time without touching the site or sending out a new form link.

Asklet works on WordPress, Ghost, beehiiv, Webflow, Framer, React, Vue and Svelte apps, and any site that accepts an iframe.

Surveys

Surveys are built from a reusable question bank: write a question once and use it in any survey. There are seven question types: Yes / No, star rating, NPS, percentage, custom range, single or multiple choice, and free text. Templates cover article feedback and Net Promoter Score. Readers see one question at a time, starting with a one-tap answer, so more of them respond. A published survey is read-only: to change it you create a new version, and earlier answers stay with the version they were given against.

Widget design

Set your own colours, texts, corners and font for each website, and show the widget inline, as a bubble, a side tab or a slide-in. The widget's own text is in English or European Portuguese, and your questions can be in any language. A live preview shows every change.

Results

Results are grouped by website, by page and by the exact path the reader was on. Group pages by theme to compare whole sections, such as recipes and reviews. The dashboard shows a weekly trend, a "found it useful" score and the count next to every percentage, with anonymous comments beside the numbers. New pages start in draft, so your own test answers are never counted. On the Pro plan you can export comments to CSV and read results and comments from Claude, Cursor or VS Code through a read-only MCP server.

Privacy

Asklet is privacy-first and GDPR compliant. The widget sets no cookies, stores no IP address, user agent or reader id with an answer, and doesn't fingerprint anyone, so it needs no consent banner. Readers never sign in. Emails and phone numbers typed into comments are removed before they're saved. Spam protection uses single-use tokens and per-network caps, without tracking anyone. The widget can only be framed on the domains you list, and data is hosted on AWS in the EU. The widget is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA.

Teams

An organisation holds your plan, members and workspaces. Invite people by email as owners, admins, members or read-only viewers. Owners and admins reach every workspace, while members only see the workspaces they're added to. That suits agencies that share results with clients.

Pricing

The free plan has no time limit and needs no card: one website, 100 responses a month and two active surveys. Starter is €9 a month for three websites and 2,000 responses. Pro is €29 a month for unlimited websites and surveys, 20,000 responses, ten members, CSV export, the MCP server and no "Powered by" credit. Annual billing gives two months free, and you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
