Aurarios is an online booking platform built in France for independent wellness professionals.

Who it is for

Yoga and Pilates teachers, sophrologists, naturopaths, massage therapists, coaches and holistic practitioners working on their own, plus the small studios that bring several of them under one roof. It fits best when your week mixes formats: a few group classes, a run of one-to-one sessions, and the occasional retreat.

The problem it solves

Most tools make you pick a side. Appointment schedulers handle one-to-one bookings but cannot run a class with a waiting list. Studio software runs classes but treats private sessions as an afterthought. Practitioners end up paying for two tools and explaining to clients which one to use. Aurarios runs group classes, individual appointments and multi-day retreats on a single schedule, with one booking page for your clients.

What makes it different

The independent stays the owner of their practice. Online payments go straight to your own payment account: Aurarios never holds your money, so there is no payout delay and nothing to wait for. Even inside a studio, a practitioner with their own account can keep collecting their own class revenue and their own client relationship.

What you get

Recurring class series where each session can still be edited on its own. Live capacity, waiting lists and remaining-seat counts. Individual availability slots, plus the ability to place an appointment at an hour you never published. Booking approval, so you decide request by request who you accept. A cancellation window you set per class, per activity or globally. Automatic cancellation of under-booked classes, with a warning first and the option to run them anyway. Email reminders the day before, and a separate reminder before the cancellation window closes. A booking widget you can embed on your own site. A subscribable calendar feed for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Payments and admin

Card payments online, cash or cheque recorded on site, both counted the same way. Prepaid class packs and monthly memberships, with credits spent oldest-expiry first so clients never lose what they paid for. Refunds triggered from Aurarios, in full or in part, with our commission returned pro rata. Invoices issued automatically as PDFs, under the billing identity that was yours on the date of sale, in one continuous numbering sequence.

For studios

The Studio plan covers five instructors. For each one you set separately who collects the money and whether their classes need your approval before going live. Instructors who collect their own revenue do not count against the five included seats.

Pricing and support

Three plans at €17, €34 and €119 excl. VAT per month, with a 30-day free trial on all of them and no commitment. The Découverte plan adds a 1.5% commission; from the Essentiel plan there is none, and only the payment processor fees apply. Support is by email, in French.

A note on language and region

Aurarios is a French product. The interface, the client-facing emails and the support are in French, data is hosted in the European Union and the platform is GDPR compliant. It is designed for professionals operating in France.
