Spend your day with the dogs, not a spreadsheet. BarkBus is software for dog walkers, dog daycares and pack schools that pick dogs up by van. We built it for our own pack school in Cromwell, New Zealand, and it runs our vans every morning.

Open the app and the morning is already planned: every dog in pickup order, with the address, gate code and notes at the door. Drivers follow one map with turn-by-turn directions and tick dogs on board straight from the lock screen. The second a dog is on, its owner gets a ping, so the 'is she on the bus?' texts stop.

Owners have their own portal to book days, mark absences and ask for a homestay, so changes reach you in writing, not as a missed call. Paste any message from a client into the built-in assistant and it drafts the booking for you to confirm.

At the end of the week BarkBus has already done the money side: invoices go out on their own, and payments from your bank account are matched to the right owner. Homestays bill themselves too.
