Belegsammler is a cloud-based receipt capture and management tool for freelancers and small businesses in the DACH region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). Receipts and invoices are captured via photo or PDF upload through an iOS native app or web browser. Azure Document Intelligence automatically extracts amount, date, and supplier name from each document, populating the corresponding fields without requiring any accounting knowledge from the user. All extracted values can be manually corrected. Data is stored on GDPR-compliant EU servers, and a single account syncs in real time across all platforms with no feature loss between mobile and desktop.

Belegsammler targets businesses that work alongside tax advisory firms using DATEV or BMD NTCS software. Structured archives can be exported as a ZIP file with organized filenames and a CSV summary, delivered via DATEV Belegbilder-Import (DXSO v06.0 XML interface), or exported to BMD NTCS via the pr08 booking file interface with configurable interim and contra accounts. Direct email delivery to a tax advisor is available from within the app. Duplicate detection prevents double-capture and reduces correction cycles. A 30-day recycle bin covers accidental deletions.

Three pricing tiers cover varying receipt volumes: Basic (10 receipts/month), Plus (30 receipts/month), and Pro (unlimited receipts/month), starting at 2.39 EUR/month.
