Blina Space is a document management system (DMS) with a built-in AI assistant, made for small and mid-sized companies, trades and self-employed professionals in Europe.

Everything the company receives, signs or files lives in one searchable archive. OCR makes scans, photos and PDFs full-text searchable, and the AI assistant answers questions about those documents with a source reference: it summarises long reports, translates them, compares two versions of a contract and finds the file nobody can name. It works only on your own company's documents and never uses them to train external models.

Two modules go beyond a plain archive.

Invoice intake: supplier invoices arrive by upload, from the archive, or through a dedicated e-mail address for your company. Structured e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, EN 16931) are parsed straight from the XML at no extra cost; PDFs and photographed invoices are read by the AI, and every value stays editable by hand. Each invoice runs through an approval flow (New, In review, Approved or Rejected) with comments and assignment, and approved invoices are exported as a DATEV package for the accountant.

Contract management: every contract with its start and end dates, renewal terms and notice deadlines, plus portal credentials stored encrypted. Before each deadline the system sends a reminder by e-mail and in the notification bell, so an automatic renewal never passes unnoticed.

Security is structural rather than a setting. Every company gets its own dedicated database instead of a shared tenant column, so one customer's data cannot be reached from another's session. Servers are in Germany, the platform is GDPR compliant, backup and virus scanning are included, and every account can use two-factor authentication through an authenticator app or an e-mail code. Administrators control per-user access to sectors, folders and modules, and an audit log records who did what.

Technically it is a web application with nothing to install, plus a REST API and webhooks for teams that want to connect their own tools. An on-premise installation is available on request for companies that must keep everything in house.
